Abstract

Faunal remains and artifacts from Spytihněv site were studied. Bones of reindeer, horse and mammoth have been distinguished. The site was settled by gravettiean people, the animal remains survived as bag rests and were commonly crushed. According to the composition of the fauna this locality was settled in cold conditions.
