Abstract
Denudation processes dominated in the area during Quaternary and sediments are present in limited extent. Relics of fluvial sediments are along valleys of the Berounka river and Rakovnický brook clacified and of Lower, Middle and Upper Pleistocene age. Aeolian, colluvial, run-off and organic sediments are sporadic.
