Abstract

Cretaceous sediments in the surroundings of Pečky (Central Bohemia) belong to Peruc Member, Korycany Member, Bílá hora Formation and Jizera Formation of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin. According to lithofacies dividision, these sediments correspond to the Labe and Kolín development. The Železné hory Mts.-fault and Kolín-fault are of great importance among main fracture lines.
