Abstract

A new palaeontological locality from the north east part of the Prague basin is described. Pure associations of trilobites, brachiopods, bivalves, orthocone nautiloids and other fauna come from the carbonate nodules of the Bohdalec (Ordovician, Berounian Stage) and Králův Dvůr (Ordovician, Ashgillian Stage) Formations. These nodules were found in the fields south of the Černý Most housing estate.
