Abstract

This paper presents first results of the application of high-resolution digital terrain model for the analysis of deep-seated gravitational slope deformation CereniSte. The model was obtained by LIDAR airborne scanning and has a spatial resolution of 1 m. In comparison with other DTMs, the LIDAR data show high application potential in geomorphologicand engineering geological research of landslides
