Abstract

Preliminary results of the palaeontological research on the Lower Permian localities Kochov 'V potocích' and Kladoruby 'Dolní pepřík' in the northern part of Boskovice Furrow are provided. The beds in the locality Kochov 'V potocích' belong to the Bačov Horizon. The most important beds with fossils are grey pelocarbonate shales and claystones with numerous skeletons of discosauriscids and actinopterygians. Outcrop in the locality Kladoruby 'Dolní pepřík' belongs probably to the Svitávka Horizon. The skeletons of actinopterygians and discosauriscids are very rare but on the other hand, the skeletons of acanthodians (genus Acanthodes) are very numerous there.
