Abstract
Nearly continuous loess layer covers the surface of the Kutná Hora crystalline complex and the relics of Cretaceous sediments and Pleistocene terraces south and southeast of Kolín. The scope of geotechnical properties of loess sediments of this area has been determined by evaluation of the present-day analyses of samples from select boreholes.
