Abstract

The earthified braunlehm of the plastosol group is developed typically in the Martinice and Žeravice loess profiles. This type of soil, correlated with PK VII which corresponds stratigraphically either to the mid-Elsterian interglacial or to an older pre-Cromerian interglacial indicates as relatively high age of the loess blankets in the Hodonín and Hustopeče region.
