Abstract

The organic sediments in South Moravia were investigated. Those on the map sheets Strážnice (34-224) and Holíč (34-241) will be the subject of palynological investigation. Several samples from localities on these map sheets were radiocarbon dated (see tab. 1; Gd: Radiocarbon Laboratory Silesian Technical University, Gliwice; Hv: 14C und 3H-Laboratorium, Niedersächsisches, Landesamt für Bodenforschung, Hannover; CU: Radiocarbon Laboratory, Faculty of Science, Charles University, Prague).
