Abstract
The magnetic survey was applied in a detailed geological mapping in the northern part of the Mariánské Lázně Complex (MLC) area. The ground-based magnetic measurements well defined the contact between granites of the Nejdek-Eibenstock Massif and amphibolites of the MLC in spite of a cover of Quaternary sediments and Neogene volcanoclastic rocks of the Doupovské hory Volcanic Complex.
