Abstract

A detailed hydrogeological mapping is an effective tool for identifying permeable tectonic structures in hard rock environment. Important marks of springs lying on permeable faults are: higher value of pH compared with average values on the site, higher and stable discharge of springs and majority of bicarbonates among anionts. Hydrogeological field research at the test site. Panské Dubenky in the Moldanubic pluton has detected three faults, which drain deeper parts of rocks.
