Abstract

Dark grey claystones and shales belonging to the middle part of the Bohdalec Formation were excavated in the temporary outcrop (building site) in Praha-Michle. Studied strata have yielded common Upper Ordovician (lower Katian) invertebrate association with dominating bivalves and trilobites (including giant specimens), and with scarce sessile benthos.
