Abstract

Eleven species of agglutinated foraminifers from the Paleogene of the Ždánice Unit and autochthonous sediments on the southeastern slope of Bohemian Massif are discussed and figured. Haplophragmoides nauticus, Ammoanita ingerlisae, Conotrochammina whangaia, Trochammina teasi, Popovia beckmanni, Pavonitina cf. kiscelliana, and Sabellovoluta? sp. are new for the Paleogene of the Czech territory. The foraminifers came from the oil prospection and production boreholes from the vicinity of Slavkov, southern Moravia.
