Abstract

New examples of transgressive contact between the marine Cretaceous (sandstones of the Korycany Member or spiculitic marlstones of the Bílá hora Formation) and the Proterozoic basement (lydite of the Kralupy-Zbraslav Unit), exposed owing to the construction of the Praha-Karlovy Vary R6 highway have been preliminarily documented.
