Abstract
Krušná hora near Hudlice is a very important Ordovician iron deposit with rich history of mining. Present-day exposures in the Krušná hora area are very scarce but there are a few outcrops, too. Majority of outcrops are built by Skalka quartzites (Llandeilo) and Třenice sandstones and conglomerates (Tremadoc). There are also anthropogenic influences (especially dumps and inbreaks).
