Abstract
Field works and preliminary study were made in the Dachstein Limestone of the Hochschwab (loc. Fölzalm) and of the Dachstein massif SSW of Hallstatt, in the Kössen Beds at the classical locality of Kössen in Tyrol, and in the Adnet Limestone s.s. in Adnet. The latter locality yielded interesting brachiopods of "southern" affinity (Linguithyris aspasia, Apringia paolii, Bakonyithyis appenninica, Pisirhynchia).
