Abstract
In the area between Besednice and Nové Hrady two-mica granites of the Moldanubian batholith are represented by an equigranular subtype Mrákotín and a porphyritic subtype Číměř. Both subtypes represent variable differentiated monzogranites or syenogranites. Two mica granites of this area are usually peraluminous granites, which can be classified as high-K granites of the S-type. In relation to average composition of the continental crust two-mica granites of the area between Besednice and Nové Hrady are enriched in Rb and Th and depleted by Sr and Yb.
