Abstract
The aeolian sands overlying the Upper Pleistocene fluvial gravel in the valley flows both Morava and Dyje Rivers are typical of their confluence area. The characteristic dunes are dated to Late Glacial and on their surface the existence of the Mesolithic to Slavonic settlements was evidenced.
