Education

Pedagogical and training activities of the Czech Geological Survey together with cooperation with universities in the education of scientists and popularizaton of the Earth sciences.

Geologists, geochemists and other CGS specialists give lectures at both domestic and foreign universities and often act as tutors and consultants of diploma and doctoral theses.

Education and practical training takes also part in the project of foreign developing cooperation.

Czech Geological Survey has started in 2007 the cooperation with the Methodological educational portal RVP - section grammer school education - in its part devoted to the teaching of geology.
