License conditions

Versuch einer geognostisch-botanischen Darstellung der Flora der Vorwelt

Important notice: Through installation, perusal or other use of the product entitled “Versuch einer geognostisch-botanischen Darstellung der Flora der Vorwelt” (hereinafter the “Flora der Vorwelt”), you express your consent with the following license conditions:

I. Preamble

The intellectual property rights to the product “Flora der Vorwelt” belong to the publisher, i.e. the National Museum and the Czech Geological Survey.

II. Scope of License

Upon granting a license for use of the “Flora der Vorwelt”, the user obtains only a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the “Flora der Vorwelt” on a single computer. The user incurs no ownership title or other similar rights to the “Flora der Vorwelt”.

Furthermore, the user is not authorized to copy, translate, adapt, extend, decompile, imitate, modify or perform reverse engineering of the “Flora der Vorwelt” or individual parts thereof, and is not authorized to permit a third person to pursue the above activities without the prior written consent of the publishers. The above provision also fully applies to the documentation distributed together with the “Flora der Vorwelt”.

III. Copyright

The copyright, as well as other intellectual property rights, related to the “Flora der Vorwelt”, including other documents distributed together with the “Flora der Vorwelt”, remain with the publishers (see I.) and are in no way prejudiced by the provision of a license under the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

The user is not authorized to remove, change or conceal any features, or otherwise tamper any copyright, ownership or other labels placed on or contained in the “Flora der Vorwelt” or any part thereof or the documentation distributed together with the product. The user agrees to notify the publisher of any infringement on the copyright, as well as other intellectual property rights, connected with the “Flora der Vorwelt” promptly after he learns thereof.

The publishers reserve the right to make technical modifications and measures for the purpose of copyright protection of the “Flora der Vorwelt”.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
