Some of the records are interpreted as cyanobacterial, algal and probable cysts of incertae sedis organisms. They were recovered from different rocks including greywackes, cherts and shales. The richest microbiotas were found close to the volcanic rocks whereas the best preserved and morphologically diverse in the greywackes. ER -
